In order to start your treatment with us, you will need to schedule an initial evaluation which typically lasts one hour. Please call us to schedule an appointment at (206) 264-9780. For your first appointment, we ask that you bring :
Please wear comfortable clothing you would work out in. If you are seeing us for a knee injury please wear shorts. For your convenience, we have locker rooms to change in and store your belongings during your appointment. As usual, you will have paperwork to fill out if you are a new patient or are a previous patient with a new injury. Please come 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete these short forms. We look forward to meeting you! Driving Directions and Parking Information From North of Seattle: Take Exit 165A toward James Street. Continue forward onto 6th Avenue. Turn right onto James Street. Turn left onto 2nd Avenue. The Smith Tower will be on your left just before reaching Yesler Way. From South of Seattle: Take the Dearborn Street/James Street Exit 164A toward Madison Street. Take the James Street Exit. Turn left onto James Street. Turn left onto 2nd Avenue. The Smith Tower will be on your left just before reaching Yesler Way.
We offer validated parking at the Butler Garage (located on James at 2nd Ave) and the Frye Garage (located on 3rd at Yesler). Just bring your parking ticket to the front desk and we will validate it for you. If you need any further information on directions and parking, please call us at 206-264-9780. We are located in the lower level of the Smith Tower. As you walk in the front doors, turn right and follow the stairs down to Pioneer Sports and Physical Therapy and The Exercise Company. If your injury prevents you from using stairs, please let us know. The Security Desk in the lobby keeps an updated Elevator Utilization List for our patients who need access to the elevators.
